Menene Man Kwakwa?
Man kwakwa don zama daya daga cikin mafi kyawun abinci a duniya. Amfani da man kwakwa da fa'idodin ya wuce abin da yawancin mutane suka sani, kamar yadda man kwakwa - wanda aka yi da kwakwa ko naman kwakwa - babban abinci ne na gaske.
Ba abin mamaki ba ne ana ɗaukar itacen kwakwa a matsayin "bishiyar rai" a wurare masu zafi da yawa.
